Our Approach
We assist families and individuals in navigating pain and hurt caused by life and relationships. Using evidence based treatment modalities we work alongside the individual to help families, children, parents and growth groups to find healing from (anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, fear, anger, and confusion) and move forward in CONNECTION and hope.
Our Services
Family Therapy
Family therapy focuses on helping each person feel heard and understood. With a focus on healing the pain caused by one another and navigating life’s storms.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy aides in identifying feelings that have left you confused, overwhelmed, isolated, or discontent, these feelings might be caused, by broken relationships and more.
Parent/Child Workshops
Parent Child therapy identifies areas of communication concerns, unmet expectations, disappointment, loss, feelings of disconnection, issues with feeling close to your child.
Telehealth
Telehealth session is held online through a confidential provider as an option for client’s who are unable to meet in office. This type of session is discussed and agreed upon.
Child Therapy
Child therapy assists parents/caregivers in helping better understand and meet their child or children needs. Areas addressed might include, anxiety, ADHD, ADD, impulse control, grief and more.

Chasity received her under graduate degree at University of Central Florida in Psychology. Chasity earned her Masters degree at Rollins college in Mental Health Counseling. She is dully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist.
